This is just a quick e-mail to say thanks for the service that I have received from your company. I booked a hotel & concert package for Robbie Williams several months ago as a birthday surprise for my husband, I was explained the set up of the London Arena as I haven't been to this venue before, I was assured that the seats would be good (I'm 5' ) and that all correspondence would be in plain packaging as to not give the surprise away and you were true to your word. The seats were Gate 10 Row N, 34 & 35 which were excellent, in fact they were better than the VIP seats for the concert sponsors Epson, the hotel was nice and we enjoyed the facilities although at 4 months pregnant the sauna & steam room were out of bounds (didn't know this at the time of booking!!).
