To
make an online booking on the London Calling Music site, you need
a credit / switch card - see the homepage for details of which cards
we take.
Once
you've decided on which event you're interested in, click through
to the Booking Hall, and follow the instructions, filling out the
form, which will ask you for all the information we need to complete
your booking.
Once
we've got all your details, we may well get in touch if you've requested
concert-cancellation insurance, as we book and charge for this seperately
(details can also be found on the confirmation we dispatch to you
via the postal system. When making a booking for packages outside
the UK we do recommend you take the concert cancellation insurance
to protect your package if the artist or artistes cancel.

Once
we have processed your card details, your booking is then confirmed
and therefore no refunds or cancellations will be made if you decide
to cancel.
Is It Safe?
We
know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system (Actinic Catalog) over the Internet. All credit card numbers
are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128
bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web site.

The Option I Want Isn't Available
If
you want to upgrade your stay, or choose any option that doesn't
appear to be available on the online booking form, don't panic!
Near the end of the booking process, you will be able to fill in
a section stating whether you want to take up the optional concert
cancellation insurance or further requests. We'll be pleased to
answer any other queries if you email

What Happens Next
You
will receive a written confirmation of your booking within seven
to ten days. Your tickets for the event chosen will then be dispatched
to you by post usually seven days before the event. Please note:
In some cases for clients booking outside the UK we will retain
the tickets and leave them to be collected from either the concierge
or reception of the allotted hotel. If you prefer to have them sent
we can arrange this by TNT which costs between £25-£45
per order.
